Following his education at the Polytechnic of Wales in Computer Studies, he then started work for Marconi Underwater Systems and then moved into the process weighing industry for 4 years. In 1997 Richard then joined Hygienic Systems working on the design, software and commissioning of small and large projects. As one of the founder members, Richard started with PSS in 2005.

Shaun's
education started at Sexeys’ Grammar School, Bruton, Somerset, following which
he joined Wincanton Engineering as a Mechanical Fitter and undertook a 4 year
apprenticeship doing day release at Yeovil Technical College. His role
predominately involved building, assembling, installing, commissioning and
servicing dairy equipment worldwide. After 18 years on the shop floor he was
moved into the offices as a Commissioning Engineer and from that to a Project
Engineer and after the takeover of CPS (Carlisle Process System) was made
Product Manager for Cheese Towers for CPS worldwide. In 2007 after 26 years with
Wincanton, he joined Moody PLC as the Wincanton Sales Manager covering the
cheese industry in the UK. Shaun started with PSS as a Sales Manager in 2010.
Educated
in Porthmadog, North Wales and further at Cheltenham in Mathematics, Statistics
and Computing, Alan initially started work in the telecommunications industry
for a US company based in Wiltshire - AT&T Network Systems. Then in 1991 Alan joined Hygienic
Systems and during the next 14 years gained experience of
HMI, Scada and PLC programming for most major brands including Allen-Bradley,
Siemens and Mitsubishi. As one of the founder members, Alan started with PSS in
2005.
